VOLUNTEERING IN IMAGINA

The Association IMAGINA host international volunteers motivated to work in Imagina association supporting different activities designed to promote equality in a rural area.

The work will be mainly in youth work (promoting european mobility, learning opportunities and activities based on non-formal education); inclusion of people with disabilities and promotion through digital tools.

The international volunteers will be sharing activities and cohabitating for some periods with 2 in-country volunteers (from Spain) with fewer opportunities (people with disabilities included in social inclusion programmes of Imagina).
In RURAL EQUAL project will be working on youth dynamization with different goals and target groups. Each of the volunteers will work with similar activities and sharing some of the tasks working in teams, but each of them will be more focused in one of these fields (in relation with their skills) for some of the activities developed within the organization:
-INCLUSION: working with people with disabilities in rural development activities.
-MEDIA AND DIGITAL WORK: photos, videos of promotion of activities, digital tools for youth and inclusion work.
-YOUTH WORK: youth and children activities to promote learning opportunities in rural areas.

Project title: Rural Equal
Project dates: 2 free places to start in april/may 2023 // + 11 places starting in september 2023.  Projects of 10 months.
Location: Málaga province, Spain. Town of: Álora
